Menu terms and conditions

The 2024 Christmas Party menu has an under 60 guest pricing.  

ALL menus have an under 60 guest pricing in December.

Menus incur a $200 staff charge for less than 60 guests

To cater under 40 guests a set rate applies and is listed on all pdf menus.

Catering with 30-40 guests will be charged at the rate for 40 guests. 

Final numbers to be confirmed 5 days before function, numbers can be increased but not decreased after this date.

Children 4-10 Half price under 4 NO charge max10.

We require an undercover area and access to water.. advise if not available.

We require a minimum of $200 catering deposit.. deducted from final invoice.

Extra charges will occur if staff onsite more then 6 hours (4 hours before service and 2 hours after) $30 per half hour.

• Our Spit Roasts, vegetables and Garden salad are GF.
• A Vegan Eastern vegetable and Chick Pea curry can be catered, a 10 serve tray $35.00..
• A Vegetarian Lasagne can be catered, a 10 serve tray $35.00.

Due to cost increases, a delivery charge will apply to all areas..

Public Holiday surcharges will apply
