We have been catering since 1983 and have since become Australia’s largest and fastest growing mobile spit roast catering service, with franchises nationwide. Coast-to-Coast the Golden Roast cooks fresh at your venue. Catering for all occasions from Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate functions, through to Sporting events, throughout northern Victoria.

Our meats are supplied by a leading local butcher and are guaranteed 1^st grade quality. Our superior salads are professionally prepared in Bendigo by J.L. King, our bread and desserts are also made fresh daily. We arrive approximately 4 hours before serving time and immediately begin spit roasting the fresh meats in our award winning smokeless gas ovens.

Coast-to Coast provides plates, cutlery and serviettes, all in the colour of your choice. We provide generous serves, ensuring you never run out of food for your guests. What your guests do not consume is packaged for your continued to enjoyment. We even clean up afterwards to ensure you have a relaxed and enjoyable event.

We cater from 30 – 5,000 guests, indoors or outside.
