We cater for all occasions including weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, sporting events and more.

We prepare, cook and present the food, allowing you to completely enjoy your function and entertain your guests. We even clean up after ourselves and package any unconsumed foods for your continued enjoyment.
Premium cuts of pork, lamb, beef, chicken and baked ham, spit roasted to perfection creating mouth watering flavours.
Renowned for our generous servings, we never run out of food, for numbers quoted, and what is not consumed, remains with you.
Final numbers are required a minimum of 10 days prior & final payment is required a minimum of 3 days prior to your function.
We require 3x trestle tables, a well-lit under covered area and access to water. (please contact us if you have any questions)
Please provide a bin or similar for the refuse/waste as Health & Safety Regulations do not permit us to take any rubbish from the site.
The gas fired spit-roasting ovens needs to be set up as close to the preparation area as possible.
Tea & coffee (If selected) - You will need to supply boiling water (urn or jug), otherwise you can hire an urn for $25.
Tea & Coffee available on request $2 per person.
A $200 non refundable catering fee is required to confirm your booking. All catering fees are non refundable to cover admin costs.

Children prices are as following: 4-10yrs - Half Price (Roast Rolls/Meat Only & Grazing Table Menus charged at full rate), under 4yrs - No Charge (Max 10)
Catering staff are onsite for 6 hours max (4hrs prep + 2hrs after) for roast menus & 7 hours max (4hrs prep + 3hrs after) for china crockery.
Delays to the catering schedule will be billed at a rate of $40 per 30mins per staff.
Plate clearing is included in all Wedding Menu Packages, if plate clearing is required a fee of $120 applies.
Wedding cake fee includes cake cut into coffee sized portions in a platter box for guests to help themselves.
If you wish for it to be plated or bagged, you will need to organise someone to do so.
Travel fee may apply.
Under 60 Guests $200 Staff Costs applies
Roast Rolls or Meat Only, Party Celebration Menu, Spit Roast Wraps & Grazing Table has a minimum of 50 Adult Guests
Catering with under 40 guests will be charged at the rate for 40 adult guests (regardless of your final guest number count)
This ensures appropriate staffing and produce for your event.
